Refund Policy

MetaboliK generally does not offer refunds for unused portions of your membership. However, we may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

  1. Service Unavailability: If we are unable to provide the services as described for an extended period due to technical issues on our end.
  2. Billing Errors: If you were erroneously charged multiple times for the same billing cycle.
  3. Cancellation Requests: If you cancel your subscription within 48 hours of your initial sign-up and have not yet had your first consultation. Processing fees may apply.
